Terms & conditions

While ceramic coatings are great at protecting surfaces, they're not indestructible. Taking good care of them is still really important for them to last a long time.

1. Service Agreement

  • When booking any service with DD, you enter into a service agreement that binds both parties to these terms.

  • All services will be performed as per the scope defined during booking. Any changes or additional requests may result in a price adjustment.

  • Detailing Dynamics reserves the right to refuse service to any customer displaying unruly, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior towards our staff.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All pricing is transparent and provided upfront, either through our website or upon vehicle inspection at our service center.

  • Payment must be completed before the vehicle is released to the customer.

  • We accept various payment methods, including cash, card, or online transfer.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Booking, Scheduling, and Cancellation

  • Booking: All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online system. We require at least one day's notice for scheduling an appointment. Appointments are subject to availability based on space and other service-related constraints.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to ensure smooth service delivery.

4. Service Limitations

  • While DD strives to provide the highest quality of detailing services, we do not guarantee that all stains, scratches, or imperfections will be completely removed.

  • Certain deep scratches, discoloration, or other damage may be beyond our ability to correct.

5. Vehicle Inspection and Disclaimer

  • Before any service, our team will inspect the vehicle and document its condition. Customers are encouraged to review and acknowledge these findings.

  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, and the customer is advised to disclose any issues prior to the service.

  • A post-service inspection will also be conducted before the vehicle is released.

6. Liability and Damage

  • Personal Belongings: DD is not liable for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Customers should remove valuables before service.

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage.

  • Service-Related Issues: While we take every measure to provide excellent service, in rare cases where an issue arises due to our work, we will make every reasonable effort to repair or rectify the problem. However, some imperfections may still remain despite our best efforts.

  • Vehicles with Prior Damage: If a damaged car is brought in for repairs, despite our best efforts, there may be some unavoidable flaws in the final result.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Some services, such as pointless dent removal (PDR), partial painting, seat covers may be performed by third-party partners.

  • While we ensure high-quality collaboration, DD is not liable for any issues arising from these third-party services. Any claims must be directed to the respective service provider.

8. Warranties

  • General Warranty: Certain services, such as graphene coatings, come with a warranty. This warranty is subject to proper maintenance of the vehicle as recommended for each treatment.

  • Paint & Surface Warranties: DD will not be responsible for defects in vehicles with poor-quality paints or finishes, or for vehicles that are handled in ways that contradict product durability guidelines.

  • Replacement Conditions: Warranty is valid only for replacement with the same product, following an inspection that confirms the damage is due to product quality or application errors. Minor flaws, imperfections due to the vehicle's original condition, or issues that are not visibly apparent do not fall under warranty coverage.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their vehicle as per our recommended guidelines post-service.

  • Any issues arising from improper care or neglect will not be covered under warranty.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute regarding any service provided, we will attempt to resolve the issue amicably.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including logos, images, and text on our website or in our promotional materials, is the intellectual property of Detailing Dynamics and may not be reproduced or used without our written consent.

12. Amendments

  • Detailing Dynamics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
